With the Seniors still on a high from an excellant performance in the Ras, their attention will now be turning to the National Championships to try and win some medals.
Meanwhile last weekend on Orangefield Track in Belfast the National Underage Track Championships were held. Representing the Irish Road Club was our youngest member, 9 yr old Jennifer Neenan.
The Irish Road Club would like to congratulate Jennifer on her on winning the Bronze Medal in the 100m TT. Silver in the sprint and Gold in the scratch. Well done..
Jennifer has now set the standard for the rest of the club with the Nationals only one week away.
