Training spin 6-11-11
Today we had 32 riders turn out for the sunday spin in Newcastle. The group did 56 miles through prosperous,
Newbridge, Kilcullen, Ballymore, Blessington to finish in Newcastle and Tallaght.
The pace was steady and the weather was dry and sunny. Next week the spin will be similar to last weeks,
